TREMAINSVILLE HALL RENTAL COSTS


Six Hour Rental (Large Room only) - $495
This is the most common rental. 

It allows for a four hour event with

one hour for decorating and preparations and

one hour for take down and removal of all items.
 
Other Large Hall Rental Options
Five Hour Rental starts at $415
Ten Hour Rental starts at $615
Twelve Hour Rental starts at $675

Friday & Saturday Package (June 16 - Sept. 3 Only)

Friday - Five hour minimum at $325

Saturday is regular price.

 Add-ons to Your Rental
Small Room, 7 Hours - $55
Small Room, 8 – 12 Hours - $80

Additional Large Room per Hour - $30

Parties that exceed the rental time agreement will be charged $15 for every additional 15 minutes.

Costs include set-up & take-down of tables and chairs. 

Prior to your hall rental, you will choose a layout plan

that will be used for hall set-up for your event.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.   The security deposit will be refunded within 1 – 2 days after a FULL inspection of the hall.

Saturday 1 - 11 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.


Guests are out by 10 p.m.   The hall closes at 11 p.m.
