Rates & Hours


A security deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.  This amount is in addition to the rental amount. The security deposit will be refunded within 1 – 2 days after a FULL inspection of the hall.



Friday / Saturday / Sunday 9 a.m. - 11 p.m.

*All guest and items must be removed from the hall to be closed by 11:00*


Five Hour Rental (Large Room only) - $480
This is the minimum amount of rental time.

This includes the from the time you are let in to the time you are out.
It allows for a 3 hour event with
one hour for decorating and preparations and
one hour for take down and removal of all items and guest.

 Add-ons to Your Rental
Small Room $80
Additional Large Room per Hour - $45

Parties that exceed the rental time agreement will be charged
$15 for every additional 15 minutes.

Costs include set-up & take-down of tables and chairs. 

Prior to your hall rental, you will choose a layout plan

that will be used for your event.

All rental hours are based on the time you arrive to the time you leave. Your decorating and clean up time are included in your rental time. 

Example Rental Hours

6:00 - 7:00 pm  Decorations and Preparation
7:00 - 10:00 pm  Event Time
10:00 - 11:00 pm  Removal of items and guest

*Rates effective January 1, 2021 through December 31st, 2021. *
Hall does not rent on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Years Eve.
